Shipping Policy – Aware Flow HK

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and provide a tracking number.

Hong Kong & Macau

Shipping method: SF Express.

Shipping fee (Hong Kong & Macau):
– Orders of HK$700 or above: Free shipping (shipping cost covered by Aware Flow HK).
– Orders below HK$700: A flat shipping fee of HK$30 to HK / HK$40 to Macau will be charged Pay on Delivery by SF Express.

Dispatch time: Orders are usually handed over to SF Express within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time: Normally 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on SF Express operations, weather, holidays, and the delivery address.

International Shipping (Outside Hong Kong, Macau)

Shipping method: Hongkong Post (air mail / e-Express or other trackable services, depending on destination).

Shipping fee: International shipping starts from HK$50. The exact amount will be calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Service areas: Including Japan, Australia, Thailand, India, United Kingdom, United States, and selected countries/regions. Actual available destinations may change according to postal service updates.

Dispatch time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time: For most major cities, around 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on flight schedules, customs clearance, and local postal delivery conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Other Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Aware Flow HK is not liable for delays, additional charges, or returns caused by customs procedures.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate. If a parcel is lost due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will not be able to provide a refund or resend the order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or the recipient refusing to accept/pay duties and taxes, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Risk, Damage, and Delays

Once a parcel has been handed over to SF Express or Hongkong Post, the risk during transportation passes to the customer.

In the event of delays, damage, or loss during transit, Aware Flow HK is not ultimately responsible, but we will do our best to assist you in contacting the courier or postal service to follow up on the shipment.
