Battery Shipping Information
Let the light follow your rhythm—with clear shipping information along the way. This page explains whether batteries are included with your Dapo lights, the shipping arrangements for different destinations, and which batteries to buy if you need to provide your own.
The price of your Dapo set includes the lights and the batteries needed to power them. However, if the courier or destination shipping restrictions do not allow batteries to be shipped, all lights will still be included, but batteries will be omitted. You will need to purchase and install the batteries yourself.

Battery Shipping by Destination
We update the information below based on shipping arrangements confirmed by our couriers. This table reflects the shipping options currently available through our store. It does not mean that all couriers serving a particular destination follow the same arrangements.

Are the Lights Still Included If Batteries Are Not?
Yes. “Batteries not included” means only that the package contains no batteries. All lights listed on the product page will still be included. You will need to purchase and install the batteries yourself before the lights can be used.
The lighting effects shown in our product photos and videos require batteries to be installed and the lights to be switched on.
Which Batteries Do I Need?
The lights currently supplied with this set use AG3 batteries, with two batteries required per light. Before purchasing batteries, please check the number of lights and the specifications listed for your selected product.

If your order will be shipped without batteries, please check local battery availability and prices before placing your order.
What Happens If Battery Shipping Restrictions Are Discovered After I Order?
If we confirm after your order is placed that batteries cannot be included in your shipment, we will contact you before dispatch to explain the situation and agree on the next steps. We will not ship your order without batteries unless you have confirmed the arrangement with us.

If our couriers change their shipping arrangements, we will update this page. If a change affects an existing order, we will contact the customer before dispatch to confirm the arrangement.
