Canada
Orders are subject to the selected carrier’s declared-value limits and import-charge arrangements. The listed shipping amount alone does not state that import charges are included in that amount.
Any additional amount payable to us must be agreed before dispatch. Higher-value orders may require a different service and a separate quote.
United States
The listed Priority service covers eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, overseas territories and military addresses are excluded. Additional charges may apply to remote postcodes.
Singapore
The listed rates are fixed shipping prices in SGD. Applicable GST, import-related charges and other fees depend on the order and relevant conditions. They are not represented as included unless expressly confirmed.
New Zealand
The listed rates are fixed shipping prices in NZD and include the specified NZD 2.21 low-value goods clearance fee per eligible parcel.
This does not mean that all GST, duties or other additional charges are included.
Good to Know
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the combined parcel’s chargeable weight, including packaging. Individual product shipping charges are not simply added together. Volumetric weight may apply under carrier rules.
How do the weight bands work?
Each upper weight limit is included. Exactly 500g belongs in the band ending at 500g; a parcel above 500g belongs in the next band. The same rule applies at the other boundaries.
What are the approximate product weights?
As a packing guide, one Dapo is approximately 400g including packaging. One Dapo with one Link Charm is approximately 429g. These are examples only. The final packed chargeable weight determines the applicable rate.
Are all amounts fixed checkout prices?
Singapore, New Zealand and Australia use the local-currency rates listed on this page. Other international amounts may be reference conversions of our HKD shipping rates. The actual payment currency and final charge are shown at checkout.
Are taxes and customs charges included?
Unless expressly confirmed for your selected service, the listed amounts are shipping prices only. They do not represent tax-inclusive or all-inclusive delivered prices.
Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees and other charges depend on the destination, carrier and order. The specifically identified New Zealand clearance fee is included as stated above.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
No. Delivery times are estimates in working days and exclude order processing. Customs checks, public holidays and local delivery conditions may cause delays. Australia’s 4–7 working-day estimate excludes remote areas. Remote deliveries may take longer.
Are there parcel or address restrictions?
The published weight tables cover parcels up to 2kg. Carrier declared-value limits, size limits, product restrictions and address exclusions still apply. A listed rate does not guarantee that every order qualifies for that service.
Higher-value, oversized or heavier orders may require a different service and a separate quote. Israel uses collection-point delivery rather than standard home delivery. We do not reduce declared values to meet carrier limits.
