Do not tap “Lock” or “Make Read Only” in the app.
Once locked, you may not be able to change your link again.
Set Up Your Link
Add your Instagram, music, shop, portfolio, event page, or any public link to your Dapo Link Charm.
What You Need
- Dapo Link Charm
- An NFC-enabled iPhone or Android phone
- The link you want to share
- Free app: NFC Tools
6 Simple Steps

Download NFC Tools
Search for “NFC Tools” in the App Store or Google Play.

Open “Write”
Open NFC Tools, then tap “Write.”

Add Your Link
Tap “Add a record”, then select “URL / URI.”
Add a record URL / URI -
Paste Your Link
Paste the public URL you want to share, then tap “OK.”

Write to Your Charm
Tap “Write” and hold your phone close to the Charm until you see “Write complete.”
- iPhone: Hold the top of your phone near the Charm.
- Android: Hold the back of your phone near the Charm.

Test It
Close NFC Tools, then tap your phone on your Charm again.
If it worked, your link will open automatically.
Want to change your link?
Simply repeat the steps above anytime.
Important Reminder
For Public Links Only
Please use public links only.
Do not write passwords, bank details, private addresses, Wi-Fi passwords, or any sensitive information to the Charm.
Troubleshooting
Can’t Scan It?
- Remove thick phone cases or metal accessories.
- Try different NFC scanning positions on your phone.
- Keep your phone close to the Charm while writing.
- Avoid placing the NFC Charm close to metal clasps or MagSafe accessories.
