Flow Creator Ambassador – Full Program Terms

This page explains the standard terms for collaborating with Aware Flow HK (“Brand”, “we”, “us”) as a Flow Creator Ambassador (“Ambassador”, “you”). By applying to and participating in the Ambassador Program, you agree to these terms.

Changes to the Program

1. Role & Purpose

1.1 As a Flow Creator Ambassador, you are an independent content creator who promotes Aware Flow HK products (especially dapo / Flowstar) through your own social media and personal channels.

1.2 The goal of this program is to grow the flow community together – sharing practice, tutorials, and real experiences – not just pushing discount codes.

2. Commission & Benefits

2.1 We will provide you with a unique referral link and/or discount code. Orders tracked to your link/code are eligible for commission.

2.2 Commission tiers (on eligible orders):

Trial tier: 10% commission per order – for new ambassadors, usually the first 1–3 months.
Stable tier: 12% commission per order – after at least 3 months of consistent content and referred sales.
Pro tier: 15% commission per order – by invitation only, for top‑performing and long‑term ambassadors.

2.3 Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer, after discounts, excluding shipping fees and taxes.

2.4 In addition to commission, we may also offer non‑cash benefits at our discretion, for example:

Occasional free or discounted products for content creation.
Features, reposts, or shoutouts on our social channels.
Early access to new designs for testing and filming.

These extra benefits are not guaranteed and may change over time.

3. Tracking & Payout

3.1 Orders are tracked via our affiliate system using your unique link and/or discount code. If an order is not correctly tracked in the system, we are not obliged to pay commission on that order.

3.2 You will have access to a partner dashboard where you can see clicks, referred orders, and estimated commission.

3.3 Payout schedule

Commissions are paid monthly, within [30] days after the end of each calendar month.

3.4 Minimum payout & payment methods

If your total approved commission is below HKD 200, the amount will roll over to the next month until the minimum is reached.
Payouts can be made via PayPal, Wise, or credit card payout (where available).
You are responsible for providing correct payout details and updating them if they change.
Any transfer or processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the payout amount.

3.5 No commission is paid on:

Cancelled, refunded, or chargeback orders.
Self‑purchases made using your own link/code (unless we clearly state otherwise).
Orders that are flagged as fraudulent or abusive.

4. Content Guidelines

4.1 We ask you to:

Share at least 1–2 pieces of Aware Flow‑related content per month, such as practice clips, tutorials, festival / event footage, unboxing, or honest reviews.
Tag @awareflow.hk where possible and use any official hashtags we provide.
Clearly disclose collaborations or sponsored content if required by laws and platform rules in your country.

4.2 Your content should:

Be honest and authentic – no false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
Respect other players, brands, and communities.
Avoid hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or any content that promotes violence or harm.

4.3 You are free to create in your own style and voice. We may sometimes share ideas or themes, but you always keep creative control over your content.

5. Competitors & Exclusivity

5.1 While you are an Aware Flow HK Ambassador, we ask you to treat Aware Flow HK as your main collaboration partner in the dapo / Flowstar category.

5.2 You agree not to act as an official ambassador, official team member or similar role for another brand whose main products are directly competing dapo / Flowstar products.

You are still free to:

Use and show other props or brands in your daily practice and lifestyle content.
Collaborate with other brands in different product categories (for example clothing, poi, hoop, etc.).

5.3 This guideline applies only to official or sponsored promotion of direct competitor dapo / Flowstar brands.

5.4 If you receive an offer from a brand that might be considered a direct competitor, please contact us so we can discuss and try to find a fair solution together.

6. Term & Termination

6.1 Your Ambassador role starts when we approve your application and assign you a link/code.

6.2 You may leave the program at any time by contacting us.

6.3 We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, especially if:

You breach these terms.
There is clear fraud or abuse in tracking and orders.
Your behaviour seriously harms or risks harming the reputation of Aware Flow HK or the flow community.

6.4 On termination:

We will pay out any approved, outstanding commission according to the normal payout schedule (subject to the minimum payout threshold).
You agree to stop presenting yourself as an “Aware Flow HK Ambassador” in new content and remove the role from your bio/description.

7. Use of Your Content

7.1 By joining the program, you give us permission to repost and share your content that features Aware Flow HK products on our channels (for example our Instagram feed, stories, or website), with credit to you.

7.2 If we would like to use your content in paid ads, printed materials, or other larger campaigns, we will ask for your permission separately.

8. Independent Contractor

8.1 Nothing in this program creates an employer–employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

8.2 You participate as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own equipment, costs, and tax declarations in your country.

9. Taxes & Legal Compliance

9.1 You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions or other benefits you receive from this program.

9.2 You agree to follow the rules and guidelines of the platforms you use (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and any advertising or disclosure laws that apply in your region.
